Custom Rubber O-Rings
Eutsler specializes in the manufacture of custom, or different, shaped o-rings and seals. All Eutsler’s products are custom manufactured, and we have the capability to manufacture specialized seals to meet our clients’ unique parts requirements.
Our staff works with each client from design and R&D through production. Eutsler’s services include:
- Design of the molds required to manufacture the part, and outsourcing of the machining of the molds.
- Material selection using one of over 300 rubber compounds available, or the creation of a custom elastomeric compound.
- Manufacture of the part, including molding, extrusion and die cutting.
Many custom seals and o-rings require bonding the elastomeric compound to metal, especially in the automotive, engineering and construction industries. Eutsler’s experienced staff works with clients to develop the correct combination of natural or synthetic rubber, substrate, bonding agent and metal for each part, ensuring high performance and long life for the custom seal.
Parts can be manufactured from ¼ inch to 30 inches, and meet the Rubber Manufacturers Association (RMA) tolerances. Materials available include:
