Custom molded parts are produced using compression, transfer, or injection molding, ideal for complex geometries like gaskets, o-rings, and grommets. Extruded parts are formed as continuous profiles, seals, tubes, and sleeves, well suited for long-length or consistent cross-section components. Mandrel-wrapped products are built using precision layered elastomer construction over a mandrel, typically used for thick-walled or large-diameter sleeves and tubes. Eutsler offers access to more than 300 formulations along with the ability to develop custom elastomer compounds for specialized applications.
